UniCredit Bank offered clients from Eastern Ukraine six-month delay in loans repayment

Taking into account the difficult situation faced by the clients of UniCredit Bank from Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine, the Bank has developed a program of loans restructuring for the customers from the East of Ukraine.

"We offer our clients in the ATO zone delay in payment of principal debt, commissions and half of the interest payments for six months. This offer is valid for all individuals in the region, they just need to come to the branch and to conclude an additional agreement. Unfortunately, without an additional agreement we cannot do anything because this contradicts the terms of the contract. At the same time, we have simplified the process of restructuring", said the head of Credit Products in UniCredit Bank Marina Revutskaya.

Also, commission for amending the restructuring agreement will not be applied to the borrower.

Earlier, UniCredit Bank said that it would not apply penalties and fines for customers from the East of Ukraine accrued since April 1.
