UniCredit Bank temporarily changed the work schedule of branches in the eastern region


Due to the tense situation in the eastern region of the country, UniCredit Bank had to change the work schedule of branches.

Three branches in Mariupil, located on 50years of Anniversary of the Soviet Union str., 44; Taganrog’s 130 Division str., 102; Budivelnykiv blvd., 89/22 and a branch in Donetsk, which is located on Dzerzhinsky Av., 45 are temporarily closed.

The branches listed in the bank's message as of May 7, 2014, are still closed. This branches are in Donetsk (Kobozeva str., 68, Kyivsky ave., 5), Gorlovka (Komsomolska str., 29), Kramatorsk (Rosі Lyuksemburg str., 56), Lugansk (Sovetska str., 64а, Oboronna str., 1) and Slovyansk (Svobody str., 31).

In addition, on 17-18 May, 2014 all branches in eastern region, except branches located in Epicentr malls, will not work.

We stress, that these changes are associated with the need to ensure the safety of customers and bank’s employees. Work of the branches will be restored as soon as the situation in the region is normalized. Other branches of the bank operate in the normal working mode.

This, in turn, will spur up technological advance, increase efficiency, improve quality of service for the clients, reduce cost of banking services whereas their range will inevitably expand.

The extensive retail network of Ukrsotsbank consists of 237 branches, its headcount reaching nearly 5 thousand employees.
