Italian hospitality of UniCredit Bank

28.10.2015

On October 28 and 29 the Open Doors Day will take place in branches of UniCredit Bank. On the occasion of its 25th anniversary the bank invites everyone to come to outlet for a cup of coffee.

Bankers believe that such meetings will help clients to learn more about work of the branch and its products, as well as to improve quality of service. Every visitor of an outlet gets an opportunity to informally meet the team and its management, to discuss financial issues, to receive professional advice and to make suggestions and comments on products and services. UniCredit Bank’s employees will treat visitors with coffee and cakes, tell them about the most interesting offers and find the most suitable service option.

"This year, it’s the first time we set up meetings with clients in this manner, but I am sure this will become a good tradition. An informal chat over a cup of coffee not only helps to build friendly relationship, but lets us learn more about our clients’ needs and wishes. I believe this format of meeting will make our cooperation with customers yet more effective," – said Andrii Sankin, head of UniCredit Bank’s outlet at 8, Khreshchatyk str. in Kyiv.

Italians have always been known for their hospitality, as well as the ability to brew delicious coffee: an Italian cappuccino is popular all over the world and the phrase "Italian coffee" is a characteristic of a really good coffee. To check the hospitality of the bank with Italian roots, one can visit bank’s branches.

The precise date of the Open Doors Day can be found directly in the outlet.

NOTE

Ukrsotsbank is one of the largest universal banks of Ukraine, operating in the local market since 1990. The bank offers full range of services to individuals and corporate clients.

The renovated Ukrsotsbank emerged on 31 October 2016 as a result of strategic deal whereby 99.9% of Ukrsotsbank shares have been transferred from UniCredit Group to ABH Holdings S.A. (АВНН) in exchange for a minority 9.9% stake in ABHH. Thus, the bank has combined 26-year-old traditions of Ukrsotsbank’s client-centric attitude, European quality of service inherent to UniCredit, as well as international banking expertise of ABHH in a number of European countries including CIS. Thanks to the successful synthesis and synergy of the two assets of ABHH in Ukraine, Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank, the banking market of Ukraine will see the rise of a new stronger financial institution. This, in turn, will spur up technological advance, increase efficiency, improve quality of service for the clients, reduce cost of banking services whereas their range will inevitably expand.

The extensive retail network of Ukrsotsbank consists of 237 branches, its headcount reaching nearly 5 thousand employees.
