Ukrsotsbank Factsheet

Why Ukrsotsbank changes its logo?

PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" is going to change its trade mark from UniCredit Bank onto Ukrsotsbank – one of the most well-recognized brand names in the country dating back as long as 26 years. From now on the legal name and the logo of the bank will be identical once again. For the legal name of the bank has always remained Ukrsotsbank – even while operating as UniCredit Bank.

The strategic deal between two international banking groups, АВНН and UniCredit, has laid a platform for building a more dynamic bank, improving its products and services, introducing new cutting-edge technologies – all of these aiming to provide clients with yet more highly competitive, top-quality solutions. Changing the logo is but one of the steps in refreshing the bank and spurring up its further development.

By February 1, 2017, we will get all the brand signs replaced, as well as social networks branding, e-banking, ATM screens, POS stickers, etc. UniCredit Bank will give way to Ukrsotsbank, the name perfectly known to practically every Ukrainian since 1990. On the one hand, this rebranding demonstrates changes, development and a new stage in the bank’s history. On the other hand, it is also a testimony to the fact that the bank will preserve all the best it has acquired over the years, its corporate culture, its team of professionals – all the things making hundreds of thousands people trust Ukrsotsbank all these 26 years.

Whereas the trade mark of the Ukrainian bank undergoes changes, its previous shareholder, UniCredit Group, remains one of shareholders of Ukrsotsbank’s owner, ABHH. As a result of the abovementioned deal, UniCredit now controls 9.9% of the holding.
